Chef Service Packages include 2 Chefs to set up, maintain and breakdown your buffet. That means we are on hand to assist you guests with serving, or answering questions related to food allergies or aversions. It also includes the chafing dishes, bowls and platters for the buffet, as well as the buffet tables with skirting. It also includes 1 hour of food service.

-A 30 % non-refundable credit card deposit and signed contract is required to secure event services. Dates may be held for 24 hours while payment arrangements are made.
-Payment in full is required 10 business days prior to the event date, with the exception of delivered food and events for 10 people or less, or of a total of $350 or less.
-Events scheduled with less than 10 days notice of the date of service, or any delivered food items, require payment in full by credit card at time of booking.
-Pricing is based on a variety of factors. Number of guests, type and amount of food, prep time, and level of service are taken into account when estimating the cost.
-Minimum charges may apply for smaller groups.
-Final Payments may be made by check, cash, money order, or credit card
-Cancellation of event with more than 10 days notice will result in a loss of deposit. Rescheduling will be considered based on availability and will require a new deposit. Cancellation of an event with 10 days or less notice will result in complete loss of monies paid. Requests to alter signed contracts for reduced services will result in loss of deposit, and be considered a new event, requiring a new deposit and contract.
* We are a Chef Service that also caters. We rent space in various Certified Kitchens to accommodate the high volume of cooking and prep involved in catering for larger groups. Renting space when we need it, reduces our overhead, and in turn keeps our pricing lower.
