While we customize menus for our clients, sometimes you need a jumping off point to get started. That's where the Prix Fixe menus come in handy. Below are some of the more popular menus that we've done with great success. They'll show you what types of menus you can choose, and at what price.


These are Service Inclusive Buffet Menu Packages for groups of 100 or more.

They include the Chefs, the buffet tables & linen, chafing dishes & serving utensils, as well as set up and breakdown. It also includes 1 hour of food service, plus the prep time.

Chef Service Charge will apply for smaller groups.


Additional servers, and food service hours are available. We can also put you in touch with our network of professionals for all your other needs.


We also offer Expanded Buffet Packages, which include appetizers, a wider selection of food choices for your guests, an assortment of bread, and coffee service.
